Medals galore at the Kent Artistic Floor & Vault - May 2010
Well done to all the girls that took part in the kent floor & vault Artistic championships. A special mention for both Abi & Mia (level 6) as this was their first competition so the nerves were running high!. They didn't need to worry as their performances were fantastic earning them 2nd and 6th place within their age groups. For many of the girls it was the first time of competing with their new floor routines, and we were very proud of how well they performed these. Brilliant results girls. Well done.
Jess & Ellie help the South East team win gold - April 2010
What a great result for the South East team at the British grade 7 finals in Birmingham. Jess & Ellie were part of the team, but unfortunately Ellie had to withdraw due to a back injury that she had sustained at school. Her support for the team was invaluable and they went on to take the gold medal out of 13 different regions. Jess's performances on all 4 apparatus were superb. Her scores helped the team win gold and left her placed 7th overall in Great Britain. Fantastic results well done girls.
Fantastic grade results- 2 girls to National finals - March 2010
Huge success achieved at the South East Regional grade championships. All girls passed their respective grades with many achieving distinctions. Congratulations to Lara on winning a gold medal and the title of grade 5 Regional champion. Also well done to Molly, Jess & Fabienne on winning bronze medals and Vicki & Kayla on your silver medals. Special congratulations to Ellie & Jess who will represent the South East at the National grade finals at Birmingham in April.
