Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays

Recreational classes

Gymnasts in the recreational classes learn basic gymnastics skills on all the apparatus (asymmetric bars, beam, floor & vault) as well as working towards the club’s award scheme.

Recreational classes run on Thursdays (5-6pm year 2 & above)and Fridays (4.45-5.30pm reception & year 1).

Floor and Vault squad

A squad that competes in floor and vault competitions at County and Regional levels. Entry is by invitation & trial only.

Development Squad

A squad for gymnasts that show potential towards being able to compete at County and Regional level. Entry is by invitation & trial only. Training times vary and will be advised upon acceptance into this squad.

Artistic Squad

A squad for Artist gymnasts competing at County, Regional & National level. Entry into this squad is by invitation & trial only. Training times vary and will be advised upon acceptance into this squad.
